Students assess their diet and daily physical activity and create personal plans to improve them. Evaluation shows that this program actually improves food choices in both the short and long term.
Kit includes:
- Teacher guide with classroom activities
- Class set of colourful student workbooks
- Class set of food an physical activity records
- Parent brochures
- Serving size poster
It is free to attend the workshop. There is a one time cost of $20 to purchase the initial kit - student materials and any program updates are re-supplied annually free of charge.
