Check on Caffeine: Ideas for Action

Here are some ideas to reduce your caffeine intake.

Select the ideas that would work for you or create your own.

  • Choose milk, juice or water instead of caffeinated drinks.
  • Choose a smaller cup when you drink coffee.
  • Switch to decaffeinated coffee or tea.
  • Switch from coffee to a latte or cappuccino.
  • Drink decaffeinated cola or another soft drink.
