BC Dairy Foundation works in cooperation with several dairy processors operating in the province of British Columbia. Dairy processors are the companies that convert raw milk into finished dairy products. These companies process more than 600 million litres of milk per year and produce a full range of dairy products, everything from milk and cream to cheese and butter and more.
The dairy processing industry makes a substantial contribution to BC’s economy. Each year, the dairy industry in BC
- generates almost $1 billion in revenue.
- employs over 1,500 people.
- supplies all distribution channels including food service, retail, home service, grocery, food and drug and more.
Below is a list of provincial dairy processors that may offer delivery service to schools. For a more comprehensive list of dairy processors, please click here.
