Our Story
BC Dairy Foundation (BCDF) is a not-for-profit organization dedicated to increasing consumption of milk in BC and delivering innovative nutrition education programs. BCDF is funded entirely by the dairy producers of BC.
BCDF Programs and Initiatives:
- Nutrition education programs for teachers and health professionals.
- Nutrition education resources for all British Columbians.
- School Milk BC - encouraging the in-school consumption of milk.
- Extensive and focused advertising and promotion campaigns - raising awareness of milk and driving consumption (the main target group for the Foundation's marketing efforts is youth and young adults).
- Sponsorships, community events and partnerships - to leverage existing marketing strategies and stay connected with the public throughout BC.
